Hi there. I'm Forest the family dog. While everyone was having a grand ole' time at the Zoo I was stuck here to recoop from an ACL surgery. Now I have to wear this stupid cone on my head. What the hell, I look like a funnel with 4 legs! And just for the record, no one is throwing candy my way.

Let me tell you a story of when I was about 8. Karen thought it would be so cute for me to dress up as my favorite cartoon character at the time, which was a carebear. So, somehow, a costume came into the picture that was so horrible I have been recovering from it ever since. It was huge, and pink, with a rainbow on the stomach. AND, my face only showed out of the mouth, so there was this massive, heavy head ontop of mine that made it impossible for me to hold my head up straight. As if that was not worse enough, it was snowing that night, and when the snow settled on my head, it would make it even heavier. Now, everytime I have a sore neck I think of that costume. I'm shocked to see that you are inflicting the same crime on your own children... shame, shame, shame... ;-)
