Run Tina Run!

It's that time of year again to train for a half marathon.... this year it's the Colorado Marathon

http://www.ftcollinsmarathon.com/ May 3. I hear it's one of America's most scenic course (...and it's all downhill, YES!)

On the coat tails of this race I will also be running my first "Boilermaker" run in Utica, NY July 12th http://www.boilermaker.com/ . This one has alot of hills and humidity...not exactly my dream race conditions. If it wasn't for the free Saranac beer at the finish line I'd probably collapse instead.
