Here are my ultimate favorite NY treats... the black and white cookie or as us native New Yorkers call them... HALF MOONS.... ( not the kind a Jill Degni might sport out the back of an old 1966 rambler window...) Anywho...I made a big batch of these yesterday and thought I would put the word out to stop by and try one if you're in the hood! WARNING: MAY CAUSE SWELLING OF LIPS, HIPS AND FINGER TIPS..

Oh. my. God. My mouth is watering just looking at this picture! I'm in hell--a packed schedule and half way across town with no half moon in sight. I don't care how many miles I have to run so I can eat what's left! Save me some, Tina! (Notice I said some and not one?)
