Phylo Dough
So I thought it would a great idea today to make Spanikopita for dinner... a little Greek adventure if you will.... So I buy the Phylo Dough and I gotta tell ya, it was a Phreakin' Nightmare trying to layer it and brush it w/ oil at the same time. I hope it came out ok- I sent the hubby to Safeway to pick up some spinach for it and halfway thru the recipe we realized the spinach was actually ARUGULA ( when you say this word fast 2x it sounds like an old jelopy) . We also made dolmadas from scratch as well as some lemon tahini sauce and homemade hummus or as we like to call it.... hum-MOOSE! out here in the Colorado Rockies. I best be going now...hum-MOOSE! is calling!
