Did you know that if you spread your sour cream flat after you use it that water will not settle on top of it and mak it all gross and runny the next time you go to use it? I tested this method out ( per my boss who swore by it) and it really did work! So all your taco eaters out there, rememeber, you too can preserve your sour cream if you smooth it out!
