Casting- DIY
Guess what? Andy and I are in the running for a home improvement show...the casting director came out last night and filmed our family and project. Our project is a floating deck in our backyard. We should find out more this week if we're chosen and when the actual project starts. They mentioned next week so it could happen quick! The program is called Sweat Equity and it's premiering in Oct. It will be on the DIY network on cable- Do It Yourself Network. And even better- a national program! Keep your fingers crossed! Also- please let me know if you are interested in helping us with this project. We have to recruit 4-6 people to help us.. two days might be during the week and 2 days on the weekend.

How totally cool! do they do the design and such? Do they pay for it? I've often wondered about those shows!
we'll help out if you want! Just let us know when so we can get a sitter (or we can give cheyenne and Alec shovels! LOL!)
