I'm still here...

Hello out there!

It's been crazy busy here so I barely have time for much else but work, kids, eat, sleep...

Went to a shot gun wedding last night...a good friend of ours. (The guy who actually introduced Andrew and I four years ago....) He was my old neighbor and Andrew's boss... I was always known as the girl next door who got away... so he finally moved and married the girl next door in his new neighborhood!

Anyway, I packed up my token black "party" dress that I wear to all weddings and almost died when I put it on last night. It somehow shrunk about 2 sizes from the last time I wore it ( or maybe I just got fat fat FAT!) I looked like a cheap whore wearing a coochie dress... naturally I was glad I brought my good 'ol stand by. ..and old black maternity dress with all kinds of room. I could have set up a lemonade stand under this dress.... ! And then I forgot to bring my cover up for my dark circles under my eyes...I was a mess. I began drinking heavily immediately after the ceremony. I then told the story to the table I was sitting at about how the groom saw me buck naked one morning whilst I was pouring a 40 lb bag of dog food into a tupperware bin off my back porch. It was so friggin' hot in that row house in the summer that I used to leave my back door open at night for some air circulation. Well that night Andy had stayed over and well while I was pouring my dog food into the bin naked I heard a car door slam . I looked back to find my neighbor ( again, also Andy's boss) driving away. I came back mortified and told Andy I thought his boss had just caught a glimpse of my big white butt but I wasn't sure. Sure enough, later that day I got a call from Andy saying..." You were right...my boss came up to me and said "guess whose ass I saw this morning?" And so it goes... they don't go call me "Row House Whitey" for nothing....
